Hello and welcome — I’m truly delighted to share my journey with you.
My name is Akash Kariya, and my entrepreneurial story began in 2010, when I was just 15 years old. What started as a small art jewelry business in a local supermarket quickly became a transformative experience, teaching me the fundamentals of business operations, financial management, and, most importantly, the power of building genuine relationships with customers.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, I naturally inherited a deep passion for business. My father, a seasoned sales professional, became my first mentor — his insights and discipline shaped my perspective and ignited my curiosity about technology, innovation, and the future of commerce. That curiosity led me to explore the fields of AI, robotics, and emerging technologies, expanding my understanding of how innovation drives growth and efficiency.

After successfully running my first venture, I felt an urge to broaden my horizons. Drawn to the dynamic world of real estate and inspired by the idea of helping people find their dream homes, I entered the UK property market. The journey wasn’t easy — but every challenge refined my skills and deepened my understanding of market dynamics, negotiation, and customer experience.

My time at 99Home Ltd, a pioneering online and hybrid estate agency, was a defining chapter. Surrounded by a team of forward-thinking professionals, I had the opportunity to contribute to a mission that was transforming the way people buy and sell homes. As Senior Sales Manager and later Head of Sales, I spearheaded several high-impact projects, driving growth, optimizing processes, and mentoring teams to achieve new heights.

Today, I continue my journey as an independent consultant, collaborating with multiple estate agencies and property businesses to improve operations, enhance marketing performance, and build sustainable growth models.

As I look back, I remain deeply grateful to my mentors, colleagues, and family — whose trust and encouragement have been constant sources of inspiration. And as I look ahead, I’m excited by the endless possibilities that innovation and collaboration bring to the ever-evolving worlds of real estate, technology, and entrepreneurship.
